Marc, I just wanted to take a minute and thank you for really providing a service that by far exceded any of my expectations. I was a little hesitant and truthfully speaking, also a little skeptical at first, to believe that it was possible to own a red week, two bedroom unit for under $1000 with maintainence fees less than $200 per year. After speaking with others who have dealt with you in the past I did decide, as you know, to take a chance and purchase one of these units for my wife and me. Our intentions are to utilize this week and leverage the trading power that you said was excellent and travel to different resorts (mostly in the carribean if it were just up to me!) on an annual basis. Within TWO WEEKS of depositing this unit with RCI, they called me with a 4-star resort (Resort of Distinction) in Aruba for December of next year! To get Aruba in December seems difficult in itself, but to get it a year in advance was just a welcomed surprise. I know this won't happen all the time but the timing couldn't have been more perfect. Needless to say, my original skepticism has quickly gone away and as you also know, I have now purchased one more week from you at a similar resort in South Africa! Again, thank you for your honest feedback, your superb attention to our needs, but most of all, your patience throughout this process of what my wife and I consider one of the best investments we have made so far.

We have had great luck with our timeshare in South Africa. (Port Owen) In 2005 we were able to go to New Smyrna Beach for two weeks after only owning the timeshare for 4 months!!! In 2006 we are going to a gold crown in Florida - Jensen beach for two weeks. Also, we are going to Massenuton (spelling???) for 1 week. In 2007 we are going to a gold crown for one week in Tuscany and another week just south of the Almafi coast. The service from RCI has been great!! Marc and his support staff were a blessing for us! Even though our timeshares were in South Africa, they were very familiar with the title needs, etc. to make the deals close effiencently. It was amazing how quickly Marc and his associates marketed all 6 of our timeshare weeks, and the individuals who purchased felt he had been honest with them.
We were involved (via phone) with the buyers when it came to closing & finalizing the contracts. None of them had anything bad to say about Marc & his Assistants. When ever we needed more information, Marc's office was quick to respond via email or phone.

I just got back to VA from my time share in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. I traded it for the Grand Mayan in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico. It was absolutely beautiful. I took friends and it was a two bedroom with King size beds in each room Couldn't believe how nice it was and so much to do there. It was a little far from the town of Puerto Vallarta but we took taxis in a couple of times. I'm so glad I bought my time share in South Africa. Have you taken any good trips with your time share?
